Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:

• To manage and prepare accurate month end closing and financial reports in a timely manner.
  點解會有accurate呢個字呢？一般都係就咁講 "prepare month-end closing...." 未得囉。好可能就係之前個D做唔到accurate。 點解呢？D數難做？子公司多、街數又難？你面試時就要查找查找。如果佢話係因為上手功力不足，你就要小心，呢個可能係你遲D被抄的理由。
• To monitor day-to-day accounting functions including AR & AP.
  
• To prepare and manage cash flow forecast and cash flow.
  
• To prepare reports on Group's performance of Management Accounting & present to Board and Management.
  一個"Group"，有十幾至幾十間子公司一D都唔出奇。但如果大部份子公司都有騎呢帳，你呢份 management accounting report就會係你嘔血之作。所以你面試前要先查找打聽呢個集團D街數得唔得，credit line 級數如可…
• To co-ordinate with external parties, e.g. auditors, IRD, etc.
  
• To handle ad hoc duties, analysis and assignment on request.
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Accounting or related disciplines.
  
• Completed ACCA Level II or relevant professional accounting qualification.
  
• At least 5 years accounting experience.
  
• Experience in Food & Beverage Industry and with knowledge of Company Secretarial duties will be definitely advantage.
  又要做 management accounting, 又要做 com secret D野, 又要係集團數… 一般公司都會搵10年年資以上D qualified accountant 坐呢D位…… 年輕人搵工，最怕不自量力呀，你重要考試考上去，有D工，真係可以黎令你無日無夜……
  點解會有D公司要請D未夠班的人坐呢D位？冇budget？？
  
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  
• Be a good team player, detail & accurate-oriented.
  
• Work pro-actively and with excellent judgment.
  
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is preferable.
  
• Immediate available is preferred. <---- Why this happen to a group established over 15 years.... Don't you understand??!!
